PdfProcessing: SkiaImageFormatProvider: IndexOutOfRangeException is thrown when decoding the image with CCITTFaxDecode filter
When exporting a PDF page to an image with the SkiaImageFormatProvider the following error occurs:
System.IndexOutOfRangeException: 'Index was outside the bounds of the array.'
