SpreadProcessing: Add support for images embedded in cells

Add support for images embedded in cells.

Similar to clicking "Place in Cell' in MS Excel which embeds the floating image into the cell:

I would also like to see this and I'm surprised it's not already available or more requested.

The trouble with Floating Images is that if the cell is hidden or in a collapsed group, the image is still displayed, now covering other content.
