Hi Kenneth,
While resolving tasks in our Feedback Portal we are following their prioritization which is an automated process that takes into account various factors that are constantly changing (demand, complexity, etc.).
We value our customers and are doing our best to handle all requests on time, but there are times when the demand exceeds our capacity which is why we have our attention on the ones with the highest priority.
I cannot get a priority even if I am one of your customer??
I believe you should provide the functionalities I need? And it should be a base function.
Thanks.
Kenneth

Please plan to solve this urgently. I raised this for 1.5 months. Thanks.

Hello Kenneth,
I understand this is important to you which is why I must apologize as due to low demand, the task currently does not have our attention and is not on our roadmap for upcoming releases.
We are doing everything in our power to answer customer requests as fast and as soon as possible. Once any task is resolved you will be notified immediately if you are subscribed to it.
I have voted and please help to try your best to follow. Because we have a lot of Excels which have the '@' formula.
We are going to purchase the product once the feature is done. Thanks.
