SpreadProcessing: AutoFitWidth when there are Conditional formattings sometimes causes NullReferenceException

When auto fitting the width of columns containing conditional formatting sometimes causes NullReferenceException.

Hi,

This item will be available in R2 2023 Release.

It is also available with a Document Processing Libraries (DPL) version higher than 2023.1.423.
