SpreadProcessing: Exception "Sequence contains no matching element" thrown in files containing notes or comments

Some files, where the parts of the xlsx are arranged in specific order, throw InvalidOperationException: "Sequence contains no matching element".

Hello,

This item will be available in R2 2023 Release.

It is also available with a Document Processing Libraries (DPL) version higher than 2023.1.423.
