WordsProcessing: ArgumentNullException thrown when importing HTML with empty col elements without attributes

When the col HTML elements don't have width attribute set, an ArgumentNullException is thrown during parsing the document.

Hello,

This item will be available in R3 2021 SP1 Release.

It is also available with Telerik UI for WPF's latest internal build - LIB 2021.3.1025 (25 Oct 2021) if you need it earlier.
