PdfProcessing: Handle import of documents containing entries with duplicated object numbers in more than one subsection

According to the Pdf Specification: A given object number must not have an entry in more than one subsection within a single section.

The object on line 7 has object number 2, the same as of object on line 5.

This item will be available in R3 2021 SP1 Release.

It is also available with Telerik UI for WPF's latest internal build - LIB 2021.3.1025 (25 Oct 2021) if you need it earlier.
