Hello Brad,

I can imagine the urgency of this situation and the impact this missing feature can have on you. The prioritization of backlog tasks can really sometimes cause such delays however I have increased the priority of the task on your behalf and it is currently under evaluation by the development team. If any decision is made it will be reflected on the public page of the task so subscribing to it to stay updated is the only thing I can offer at this moment.

Usually depending on the workload some threads can be addressed sooner than others but we always strive to respond to customers within the corresponding designated timeframe which in your case judging by your active license is 24 hours. That said, please excuse us if there has been an instance where that was not the case, and feel free to share your feedback from that experience. Anything that can help us improve our system and customer service is always welcome.

If you have any further questions or feedback, do not hesitate to contact us.

Regards,
Yoan

Amazes me that your tech support can take multiple days to respond to tickets, but you can reply to me on here within minutes!

Lists are a basic feature of Word. The fact that you have not prioritized this is indicative of Telerik releasing half-baked solutions as products, and charging $$$$ for them.

It is not acceptable that the PdfProcessing has such an issue with a rudimentary feature such as indentations with lists.

Hello Brad,

I am sorry to hear about your disappointment. I understand how this functionality can be important to you and would like to apologize for any inconvenience or setbacks we may have caused you. As a company, we are constantly trying to improve and keep our high standards consistent so any form of feedback is always welcome.

That said, we have a system that prioritizes the logged-in items in our Feedback Portal by taking into consideration various factors like demand, complexity capacity, etc. We are doing everything in our power to answer customer requests and needs by resolving these tasks as fast as possible, but some receive less attention than others, which is why they can sometimes be delayed, just like this one.

Currently, this task is not on our roadmap and there is no estimate or deadline regarding its completion. I also wouldn't want to mislead you by giving you incorrect information just for the sake of it. Once any item is resolved, we immediately update its public feedback page to notify our clients so please make sure you are keeping track of it by subscribing if you haven't already.

Thank you for your understanding. If there is anything else you would like to share, feel free to do so.

Regards,
Yoan
