PdfProcessing: Importing document containing Location with only page in it causes exception
If there is a location that has only a page, but no left, top, and zoom an ArgumentOutOfRangeException.

Hello,

This item will be available in R3 2021 Release. 

It is also available with Telerik UI for WPF's latest internal build - LIB 2021.2.830 (30 Aug 2021) if you need it earlier.
