WordsProcessing: HtmlFormatProvider: Images with dimensions set in inches are incorrectly recognized as pixels

When importing HTML with image dimensions defined in inches, they are incorrectly recognized as being in pixels.

Hello,

This item will be available in R3 2021 Release.

It is also available with Telerik UI for WPF's latest internal build - LIB 2021.2.830 (30 Aug 2021) if you need it earlier.
