Some of the required properties are Orientation and Page size.

We have a separate task logged in regarding the Header/Footer settings: SpreadStreamProcessing: Add support for header and footer. If you are interested feel free to vote and subscribe for it to track its progress and stay updated.

is missing HeaderFooterSettings so there is no way to set text on Left/Center/Right section.

Hello,

This item will be available in R3 2021 Release.

It is also available with Telerik UI for WPF's latest internal build - LIB 2021.2.809 (09 Aug 2021) if you need it earlier.
