SpreadProcessing: Column cannot be auto-fitted when it contains cells merged across rows

When the column has cells that span several rows, the auto fit of column width is not working.

Workaround: If the document is being generated with the API, autofit the contents before merging the data.

Hello,

This item will be available in R3 2021 Release.

It is also available with Telerik UI for WPF's latest internal build - LIB 2021.2.726 (26 Jul 2021)) if you need it earlier.
