SpreadProcessing: Add support for images when importing XLS
At this point, XlsFormatProvider doesn't support images and they are not imported into Workbook while reading an .xls file.

Thank you for the feedback. Please know that this task, as well as any future improvements to the library, always target all supported environments, including .NET8.0 and .NET Framework 4.8.
