PdfProcessing: Checkbox fields that have a value set to "No" are exported with a wrong state

The checkbox state is not correctly exported when the value is specified.

Hello,

This item will be available in R3 2021 Release.

It is also available with Telerik UI for WPF's latest internal build - LIB 2021.2.628 (28 Jun 2021) if you need it earlier.
