SpreadStreamProcessing: Add space="preserve" on cell value

The space="preserve" attribute defines that the visualizing application must show all the spaces inside a string value. Without this attribute, MS Excel trims the blank spaces of the values.

Hello,

This item will be available in R2 2021 Release.

It is also available with Telerik UI for WPF's latest internal build - LIB 2021.1.322 (22/3/2021) if you need it earlier.
