WordsProcessing: PdfFormatProvider: Wrongly exported table when table width set to fixed with а value of zero

When the table width is set to fixed with the value of zero:

<w:tblW w:w="0" w:type="dxa"/>

the table is exported as a vertical line split into several pages.
