Hello,

I am afraid that this is not planned for implementation currently.

Depending on the suite you are using I would suggest using a UI component in order to export the chart to an image and then adding it to the pdf. This is the only possible solution for this at the moment.

Let me know if you have additional questions.

Hello Adrian,

I understand chart feature is essential for many business applications and is very important to you. I have also talked with our PMs and the development team. Implementing it would seem somewhat simple, based on the fact that we have it for .NET Framework. I can't comment on including it in R3 2023, but we will do our best to make it.

The next planning meeting will be somewhere around June. If we include it in the release's planned items, I will ensure this item is updated accordingly so all its followers can receive notification about that.

Hello Nikolay,

When is the next planning meeting?

Is there any way for us to get some insight into what was discussed / agreed in this meeting?

Yes, same here....not worried about exporting to PDF...just generating the chart in an XLSX format.

Same here, we are not working with PDF but we need to add chart just to xlsx.

Hello Adrian,

Our plans have changed, and the feature is currently not included in our immediate plans. We appreciate your input, and we will do our best to implement them as soon as possible.

The biggest challenge with this feature is exporting the charts to PDF. We might be able to implement them only for XLSX documents. Does this suit your needs?

So, it is now Jan 2023 and this is still showing as unplanned.

How is it possible that this is still not a thing?

Dimitar, thanks for the update on this.

On 5 Sep 2022, you mention this feature is scheduled for implementation at the beginning of next year.

Will the status of this feature be changed from 'Unplanned' to 'In Development'?

Add chart support for NetStandard (linux) is a must for me.

Any ETA? i see this feedback item is the most voted for SpreadProcessing.

Hi Marcos,

Thank you for the provided feedback.

I moved this public item to a more appropriate portal because this functionality is related to the Telerik Document Processing libraries.

I slightly modified this feature request to match our pattern. Please, be sure you cast your vote for the implementation as well as subscribe to the task by clicking on the Follow button so you can receive updates about status changes.

In appreciation for bringing this to our attention, I updated your Telerik points.

Martin
