SpreadProcessing: CellReferences to other sheets are wrongly translated on inserting row or column in the same sheet
When inserting row or column before cell containing reference to another worksheet the reference should not be translated.

Hi,

This item will be available in R2 2020 Release. 

It is also available with Telerik UI for WPF latest internal build - LIB 2020.1.420 (04/20/2020) if you need it earlier.
