Document Processing: Provide a library for working with images

We would like to have image formats like JPG, PNG and TIFF supported in addition to the PDF and Office document support in DPL.

This item was declined due to the very low demand. There are a lot of open-source image processing libraries. For more information, check the .NET Core Image Processing blog post.
