PdfProcessing: Add support for Lab color space

Add support for Lab color space to allow clients to import and export documents with Lab color space.

Hi Marc,

With this release, we stopped the NotImplementedException which was thrown when trying to import a color with Lab color space. However, the color space is still not supported and the colors defined using it are not parsed correctly. This is why the status of this item is still Approved. If you would like, you can open a support ticket and share the documents you are experiencing issues with so we can investigate what is causing them.

It appears that this was addressed in 2019.3.913.1, but for us the PDF viewer is now converting many colors to black. Some PDF's fail to appear at all.
