PdfProcessing: Provide API used to sign documents using only the end certificate of a certificate chain

Documents can be signed using the end certificate of a certificate chain, instead of the whole chain. This improves the performance of the signing.

Hello,

I would like to follow up with further information that in Q4 2025 Telerik Document Processing Libraries enabled Long-Term Validation (LTV) and introduced an API for externally signing the document hash. More information is available in the following articles:

I believe that the introduced improvements would bring significant value for our customers.
