PdfProcessing: Add support for FreeText annotation type
A free text annotation displays text directly on the page. Unlike an ordinary text annotation, a free text annotation has no open or closed state; instead of being displayed in a pop-up window, the text is always visible.

Hello Gary,

Please accept my apologies for the setbacks this missing functionality is causing you. I understand how this is important to you but there is no alternative I can offer you in this case. As my colleague Dimitar has stated, once any task in our portal is resolved we immediately update its public page to notify our users, so make sure you are subscribed so you don't miss any potential status changes.

We are attempting to display PDFs in read-only by flattening. If doc contains FreeText the text is either missing or garbled.

Hi Eric,

Thank you for your feedback I will pass it on to the team. We do our best to implement all features, yet some receive less attention than others, which is why they can sometimes be delayed, such as this one. As much as I'd like to share an ETA on its resolution, currently, none is available, so I would not want to mislead you. Once we implement this, we will immediately update the public feedback page to notify you and other clients.
