SpreadProcessing: Lookup function does not work with text values
If the lookup_value parameter and lookup_vector parameters refer cells containing text values, the function returns a Not available error ("#N/A").

Hello,

This item will be available in R2 2020 Release. 

It is also available with Telerik UI for WPF latest internal build - LIB 2020.1.420 (04/20/2020) if you need it earlier.
