PdfProcessing: Add support for PDF/A-1a and PDF/A-2a compliance levels

PDF/A-1a is with conformance level A (for "accessibility"), and must adhere to all of the requirements of the PDF Reference as modified by the ISO 19005 specification. It requires structural and semantic properties to be preserved. Level 1a uses “Tagged PDF” and Unicode character maps to preserve the document's logical structure and content text stream in natural reading order. The following features are used: - Language specification - Hierarchical document structure - Tagged text spans and descriptive text for images and symbols - Character mappings to Unicode The purpose is to improve accessibility and make the content accessible for screen readers.

I would like to add to this request that is consider PDF/UA compliance, as that is the more recent version.

We have not planned this feature request yet and we cannot commit to a concrete timeframe for now. I see that you are following the item, so you will be notified when its status is changed to "In Development".

That's exactly what's currently blocking a project my team is working on. The idea was to create a PDF from the cloud, and send it via VPN to a server on premise, where it would be sent directly to a smart printer. Unfortunatly, the smart in the printer is not so smart after all, and requiers PDF/A-1 to be able to print correctly.
As a work around, we will try using docx format, but it's not ideal since the target remains PDF. I hope approved means it's approved for development and that it will be released sooner rather than later ;)
