WordsProcessing: Add support for the docPartObj tag

This element specifies that the nearest ancestor structured document tag shall be of a document part type.

<w:sdtPr>
…
<w:docPartObj>
…
</w:docPartObj>
</w:sdtPr>
…
</w:sdt>
The docPartObj element in this structured document tag's properties specify that the type of structured document tag is a document part. The child elements must specify the gallery and category semantics for this part, if any.
Currently, such elements are skipped on import.

Hey Tanya!

Just checking on the status of this feature request. I was marked as "approved" in April 2017. However, I've noticed that structured document tags (sdt) are still skipped/ignored on import.
