WordsProcessing: Wrong import of the border local attribute of Html table

The 'border' attribute of Html <table /> is imported wrong. When set to 0, a 1px border is rendered.

Hello,

This item will be available in R3 2021 SP1 Release.

It is also available with Telerik UI for WPF's latest internal build - LIB 2021.3.1018 (18 Oct 2021) if you need it earlier.
