ZipLibrary: Expose API that checks if stream is a valid zip
Provide a way for users to check whether a stream is a valid zip archive. Include a CRC check as well.

Hi Amar,

Yes, this request includes the CRC check. I just updated the description of the item to make it clearer.

Will this functionality include a check against corruption e.g. CRC verification.

Hello Zlatko,

There is already a discussion about the issue mentioned in your first reply in the forum (http://www.telerik.com/forums/zipinputstream). However, this is not directly related to this feedback item, because it is a feature request that will allow you to easily check for valid zip, but won't resolve the exception in your scenario. Also, if you have any questions on the issue I would like to ask you to post them in the forum or open a new support ticket.

As a side note, if you follow this item you will be notified by email as soon as the status of the item is changed.
