SpreadProcessing: Implement Right-to-left direction
Provide an option to change the display mode of the Worksheet to right-to-left.

Pay attention it is NOT the text direction, It is the whole worksheet LTR dirction.

Hi There
For commercial use, the whole export functionally is almost worthless in RTL culture countries. 
No serious commercial  client will agree to excel file which is not RTL.
Guys, It is so easy to add. 
I had look into the sheet XML file and the only thing need to do is to add the attribute
rightToLeft="1" as seen in the attached file.
