WordsProcessing: Support for floating images when exporting to PDF

At this point the PdfFormatProvider does not support floating images and these elements are skipped when exporting to PDF.

The feature is trivial for floating images with "Behind Text"/"In Front of Text" settings, but otherwise floating images are affecting the text layout in complex ways.

Stripping the images is a fairly basic solution. Could we not have a half way house where the trivial for floating images with "Behind Text"/"In Front of Text" is supported as that would probably accommodate a lot of layouts.

I have a word document with watermark, need to be exported to PDF, it was working well with 2016.1.106 version, but after upgrade to later version, the watermark becomes a inline image so the layout is totally different from the original word document.

The task is with relatively high priority in the backlog but since it is not scheduled for the next release, I cannot give a timeframe when the functionality might be available. I have been waiting for this one for aprox. one year. We want to replace our current solution with the Telerik solution, but not before this one is supported.
