Introduce new section properties which are responsible for defining columns in the section.

Hi Sylvain,

I am afraid this is still not scheduled for implementation. The items for the next release are still not planned and I cannot say if this item will be included.

Hello Uwe,

I agree this is an important feature and its implementation is on the list. The reason it's not scheduled for implementation is because the development team is working on more demanding tasks. Make sure to vote for its implementation and subscribe for status changes if you would like to have notifications about status changes.

I also need this important function and I can't believe that this has still not been implemented. The requirement here is from 2016, now it is 2020.

I have searched 3 hours why my Document looses the columns on merging. Now I know. Astonished that such a important feature is not implemented. As i am in need of this feature, I think, i am forced to use another Library, which is a pity.
