Please add support for Arabic language .

Hello,

This is still not supported. We do our best to implement all features, yet some receive less attention than others, which is why they can sometimes be delayed, such as this one. As much as I'd like to share an ETA on its resolution, currently, none is available, so I would not want to mislead you. Once we resolve this, we will immediately update the public feedback page to notify you and other clients.

How about now ? Is it solved ? .. I can't export pdf with arabic language as the letters are still reversed in Telerik.Windows.Documents

Is there anyway to fix it?

Hello Nunzio,

Well, yes such a feature requires a lot of work since in the PDF standard each character may have a specific position, and implementing will require an entirely new layout logic. Yes, this is here for some time but it still has not gained enough votes so it is included in our roadmap. At this moment I can only suggest following its status here on the portal.

I am sorry to hear that this missing functionality is blocking you from using the library. It is still not scheduled for implementation and I cannot say when it might be available. Please, continue following this thread so you can receive email notifications about status changes on it.

Ran into this issue which means we have to go back to using Word Interop (Which we wanted to stop having to use).

I want to apologize for the inconvenience this missing functionality might be causing you. The task has a very high priority in our backlog. However, the planning for the next release is already made and this future is not included, so I am afraid I cannot provide you with a specific date for its implementation. Please, make sure you cast your vote for its development as well as be sure are following the item in order to be notified when there is a change in its status.

Hello,

currently, this feature is not planned in our roadmap, once we get to it, its status will be changed and you will be notified. 

Make sure you use the Like button on the right side to cast a vote for and if you want to receive update notifications you can use the "Follow this item" link.
