SpreadStreamProcessing: Change the encoding when exporting to CSV
The UTF8 with BOM encoding should be used to properly preserve the different characters.

Available in R3 2017 Official Release.

Hi Robert,

We are planning to change the default encoding used to export the CSV files. This will allow guaranteeing that the umlaut characters will be correctly visualized in other editors. Our plans are to release this change with the next official release, so keep following this item to get a notification when this is done.

Meanwhile, you can read the generated file, change its encoding and save it back using the .NET API.

Is very important functionality because german letters ä,ö,ü are formatted wrong
