I could not see the feature "Fast loading of reports" anywhere in the Report Server as like in SSRS Processing Options.
How is that working in the Telerik Report Server ?
Thanks,

Hi, the report preview functionality relies on the REST report rendering service, which has caching capability: https://docs.telerik.com/reporting/using-telerik-reporting-in-applications-rest-service-cache-management-overview To change the settings for the Report Server, one needs to use the Web.config configuration file of the Report Server web management app, located by default in C:\Program Files (x86)\Progress\Telerik Report Server\Telerik.ReportServer.Web . I will change the title of the request form "Fast loading of reports" to "Expose cache management settings".

Hi Iana,
I just saw the feature "FAST REPORT LOADING" in your features list. How are you ensuring this ? Do you have metrics for this ? I just wanna know that.
As you are asking, SSRS has this documented in the below link.
https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms178821.aspx
Thanks.

I think he means caching the result of a report with a certain parameter values, for a specific time.
If so, you should have an option to clear the cache (Refresh vs. RefreshData)

Hi,
Can give a bit more details on what do you mean by "fast loading reports" feature? Can you post a link to the SSRS documentation where this is described?
Thanks,
Iana
