Web-Based Report Builder
In many cases one can't simply ask users to download an installed report builder. The reports should be buildable in a web based tool.

Hi,

In the latest release R3 2019 we have introduced a preview version of the Telerik Web Report Designer. To try this functionality it should be enabled from the Configuration - DESIGNER settings.

We continue to work on the Web Report Designer and we will introduce improvements and new features in the consequent releases.
