Body - For Entire Web Document, not just the Chat

Hi Team,

I'd like to request the ability to add a Body section within the ThemeBuilder where the user can set the Body of the entire web document.  The Body section of the ThemeBuilder appears to only affect the Chat UI.

With 2021 R3 release, we now have a `k-body` class that is included in the themes and it's exactly what you may expect -- a class to add to the body element.

We've also included a flag for global typography (apply styles directly to body element, without adding class), which is false by default
