Separate Theme less variables into a kendo.theme.vars.less file for re-use

It would be nice if Theme variables would be separated into a different file, to make it possible to import those variables into your own site.less. 
This way colors etc can be re-used across the entire site.

Hi,

As of the R1 2023 SP1 release, we are discontinuing the development and support of the LESS themes. For more information on migrating from LESS to SASS, see this documentation article: https://docs.telerik.com/kendo-ui/styles-and-layout/less-themes/less-themes-migration
