Dark mode for Fluent theme on Progress ThemeBuilder

The Progress ThemeBuilder currently has the Fluent theme (by Microsoft), but only the light version is available.

As for the other themes (kendo, bootstrap, material) would it be possible to have the dark version too?

Thank you,
best regards

Roberto

Hi Roberto,

The variable modes functionality is available with ThemeBuilder Ultimate. ThemeBuilder is a separate product which is not included in the "DevCraft Complete Developer License with Priority Support".

However, I have discussed adding the dark version of the Fluent theme with the team and we've decided to raise its priority since we acknowledge having this as a swatch in ThemeBuilder is essential for our users. Hopefully, we'll manage to include it in our next release, although this is an unofficial statement. I'll keep you updated with any further information I have on this matter.

Hello Petar,
thank You for the reply.

I tried to follow the guide you sent me, but I noticed that I can't add another variable model (dark-mode colors), because it is a Premium Features.

I have this license: "DevCraft Complete Developer License with Priority Support"
Is this ThemeBuilder Premium Feature included with my account?

Thank You,

best regards

Roberto

Hello Roberto,

Thank you for your interest in the dark version of the Fluent theme. We'll consider adding it in one of our future releases. In the meantime, you can consider implementing your own custom theme through the variable modes functionality, as described in the following article from our documentation:
