Perform/Skip decryption only for the specific hosts

Currently, Fiddler Everywhere capture every https traffic. Sometime, decrypt all https traffic are inconvenience and totally make the network broken (eg: Android 7+ devices). Please add this feature of Fiddler Classic.

Hey Hieu,

I've wanted to let you know that the latest version of Fiddler Everywhere now provides new Rules action called DoNotDecrypt.

The actions can be applied for all new connections and will effectively allow you to create a rule that skips decryption for specific hosts.
