I installed Fiddler Everywhere on Fedora 31. Clicking "View full response" for any response opens a pop-up window which is reasonably sized, but the content of which is a scrollable area about one line high at the top of the window and there is no obvious way to expand it to see more than one line of the response. Screenshot attached.

Add the ability to use Fiddler Everywhere as a backend by recording, intercepting & modifying responses.

This is similar to the Fiddler's AutoResponder functionality.

Fiddler Everywhere cannot currently open any password-protected .saz archives saved from the Windows version of Fiddler.  Need to be able to open password-protected .saz archives and save captures as .saz archives with password protection.  Thanks in advance for any help on this.

Include a profile concept to enable us to login with our Telerik account and synchronize my settings on all my machines.

Would synchronize all settings, including custom rules, fiddler scripts, filters, AutoResponders and so on.

Simple as that: fiddler everywhere does not capture traffic to localhost, 172.0.0.1 AND when you insert your local address, it captures your request only to return that "

[Fiddler] DNS Lookup for "www.192.168.0.18" failed. System.Net.Internals.SocketExceptionFactory+ExtendedSocketException Device not configured

"...

MAC OSX, using safari.

Other address are captured as expected

Simple: you right click a request, a menu pops-up and you can click "Replay" that request. For extra points: Replay in sequence or parallel

I'm not 100% sure if this is a bug or it's a feature (of lack thereof) but it goes like this:

On regular fiddler, a great thing to do is to simply copy a raw request to the raw composer, change a param and re-issue it... Fiddler everywhere does not allow that! I have to write headers on a tab and the body on another and yet, there's a "Raw" tab.

The Raw tab unfortunately is not editable (read-only)... I believe that it should be editable

Filtering traffic as in older Fiddler version for Windows in Fidder-Everywhere for Mac based OS systems.

This is a well required feature for working with fiddler

Hi there,

I've successfully setup fiddler-everywhere 0.4.0 and am able to sniff traffic to various websites on my linux (Ubuntu 18.04) laptop. However some https sites are not working - fiddler-everywhere severs the connection at the SSL handshake phase. These same sites work in the windows version of Fiddler (v 5.0.20192.25091 - built 04 June 2019) however.

What is the status of the SSL support in fiddler-everywhere vs windows Fiddler?

Example site that fails over https:

I fire up Fiddler Everywhere on my Mac. Generally, it appears to do nothing.

In further detail, "Stream" and "Decode" can be toggled, but otherwise do nothing. The connections icon has a hover-over describing my host and states I have a network connection. The help icon goes to the very limited documentation via browser. The settings icon pops open the settings dialog, which does appear to save changes, but not impact the "nothing" being done by the application. The capture button and inspectors button appear to do nothing. The main viewing area states "No records available." The area to the right of the main area states "Please, select a single Web Session to inspect." And that is it.

Either I'm doing (or not doing) something dumb, or it just isn't working for me. Any help would be appreciated :)

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Change the location of the Desktop on Windows OS
  2. Run Fidder Everywhere, ensure that Setting -> HTTPS -> Decrypt HTTPS traffic is checked
  3. Press Settings -> HTTPS -> Decrypt HTTPS traffic -> Export root certificate to Desktop
  4. Error message is shown in a tooltip:

Could not find a part of the path 'C:\Users<username>\Desktop\FiddlerRootCertificate.crt'.

Expected behavior

Fiddler can't connect to domains with 3 consecutive hyphens.

This error occurs:

fiddler.network.https> HTTPS handshake to r1---sn-ab5szn7e.googlevideo.com (for #793) failed. System.ArgumentException Decoded string is not a valid IDN name.
Parameter name: unicode

To reproduce:

Start Fiddler Everywhere (at least on Mac), make sure HTTPS decryption is enabled.

Go to www.youtube.com and try to watch a video.

The aforementioned error will occur in Fiddler.

Currently, Fiddler Everywhere just hard-fails on any invalid SSL certificate. More annoyingly, it doesn't explain why the certificate is invalid.

Fiddler Everywhere should:

1. Allow overriding a certificate error (possibly hide this behind an option)

2. Explain what caused a certificate error

howdy,

I've downloaded the latest 0.4.0 Fiddler Everywhere. When I run it I get an error - "A JavaScript error occurred in the main process". This occurs every time I launch the app. However it appears to run normally after I dismiss the error dialog.

I'm running Ubuntu 18.0.4:

```
lsb_release -a
No LSB modules are available.
Distributor ID: Ubuntu
Description: Ubuntu 18.04.2 LTS
Release: 18.04
Codename: bionic
Currently when you want to restart the fiddler session you have to quit and re-enter the program as much as I saw.
It would be better to have a "clear" button to erase everything in the current session, so it's easier to manage sessions.
2 Ability to capture and inspect the response from the server Highest
3 Ability to add body to the request (when applicable) Highest
4 Ability to view/edit the raw CURL syntax Highest
5 Ability to add headers to the request High
6 Different body format (RAW, Json, etc.) Medium
7 Ability to include query parameters Medium
8 History of executed requests Medium
9 Ability to verify the response Medium
