Connect remote clients
I'd like to be able to connect iOS or Android devices to Fiddler and intercept their HTTP / HTTPS traffic. Preferably with as little pain as possible

Thank you for your help. It's highly appreciated.

Based on the logs we assume that it is a problem caused by our current auto-update system. We are already working on providing more streamlined and error-proof experience during the auto-update procedure. In the meantime, please, do not hesitate to contact us if other problems occur.

Hope this helps. Otherwise I'll be sure to, other than add logs, also record a video the next time update arrives

We tried to reproduce this behavior on Mojave 10.14, but to no avail. Would it be possible that you archive the contents of the following directory and attach them here - "$TMPDIR/Progress Telerik Fiddler/Logs"? This seems to be the only way for us to try understand what happened.

Oh, it works now.. So the steps were:

Receive update notification that 0.2 is ready

Update 0.1 to 0.2

Try to use settings

"Save Settings" resets your selection, instead of applying settings.

Now that I restarted Fiddler, I can't reproduce

Hi again, Iwan. Would it be possible that you create a step-by-step reproduction scenario describing this behavior? We tested the application on Mojave 10.14 and it worked well.

Didn't expect fast progress or responses to this thread, nicely surprised (:

Looks like you might need another update before this functionality starts working. On Mac OS Mojave it feels like the "Save Changes" button rather works like "Reset settings to defaults". So I can't enable remote connections and decryption in 0.2 version (:

Hi, Iwan. Since version 0.2.0 (released few hours ago) you can do that. We are going to try to improve on the "Preferably with as little pain as possible" part in the future, but not everything can be automated, so keep your expectations realistic. Stay tuned.

Thank you for the feedback. This is something we already started working on and will be available very soon ;)
