Wrong selection when data is real time updated

А new virtualization mechanism for ColumnGroups will be introduced with Q2 2015. A property EnableColumnGroupsVirtualization is exposed with default value True for enabled virtualization. Setting it to False will enable the old logic.

The reason for the performance issues is the size of the ItemsSource for the combo column and the internal lookup logic.

A new IsLightweightModeEnabled property of GridViewComboBoxColumn will be introduced with R2 2016. Its default value is False. 
When set to True, the new lightened lookup logic is triggered, thus the performance of the column is significantly increased.

Currently, the GridView is working with a maximum of 1000 items when it comes to distinct values. This is managed by a constant value in the source. Add a way to change this value, thus change the allowed maximum number of distinct values.

 Introducing an overload of ExportAsync that exposes some "export finished callback" that could be a custom Action delegate. 

ArgumentOutOfRandeException in FlatLayoutStrategy.RealizeRows(). The exception occurs if RadGridView.GroupRenderMode="Flat"

Add mechanism to exclude columns from exporting when using GridViewSpreadStreamExport

If ExportDefaultStyles is set to true, the default styles are exported. If the user has set some settings in the ElementExportingToDocument handler, those are ignored.

Setting the property to false allows the custom setting to be applied, but the default ones are gone

FluentPalette's ScrollBarMode provides the ability to customize ScrollBar appearance in the Fluent theme. Its default value is Auto and can be set to Normal or Compact depending on the desired constant ScrollBar size.

The property is available with LIB version 2019.1.0121 released on Monday, January 21.

Currently, the default value of the property is true, so the presented of items in the hierarchy collection is not taken into account. This results in having visible hierarchy buttons for rows that do not have hierarchical subitems.

Expecting the popup to be kept open, its zorder is still on top of the grid it is linked on, but not on top of other applications whose zorder is closer to the user than the application window containing the grid.

These issues should be resolved with lib version 2014.3.1110.

RadGridView.ValidationType property will be available with R2 2016.
