PdfViewer: The viewport is not properly cleared after scroll and zoom on some GPU devices which leaves rendering artifacts in the view
The elements drawn in the viewport (text, shapes, images, etc.) are not properly cleared after zoom and scroll actions. This reproduces on specific GPUs only. This leaves rendering artifacts on the wrong page and scroll position.
