NumericBox: Cannot input decimal numbers
The RadNumericBox control does not accept decimal values.

It is related to deployment process when the project setting "<EnableMsixTooling>true</EnableMsixTooling>" is used. There are missing metadata files (*.winmd) in the output directory.

It was fixed in WindowsAppSDK 1.5.240227000.
