I would love it if I could add a header to the PDF when using drawTabularData. I'd like to add some header information (e.g. some text above the table) describing what the PDF contains. Ideally this would repeat on each page of the PDF. For context, I'm using drawTabularData to export data from a Grid component to PDF in a way that supports horizontal page splitting (column splitting).
If the drawTabularData function could support grouping, that would be great. Right now, when I group a Grid by a column and then use drawTabularData to export the Grid data to a PDF, the table in the PDF is blank -- it has the right number of columns, but the rows are empty. I'd really appreciate it if this worked, so that users could have the full ability to export a PDF of the data exactly as it looks in the Grid.
From the forum below. Even if the axis type of category is other than "Date" (for example, character string / number), PlotBand's position at the time of panning Please do not move the place.
Hello! You have cool Scheduler with timeline view (https://demos.telerik.com/kendo-ui/scheduler/timeline) without one important for us function: endless scrolling with dynamicly loaded events. When user scrolls near end (or begin) of current loaded time, control should send asynchromus request to server for next event data filtered by new range. Old data (events) could be removed from control
There is need to have multi-level Donut chart as shown in the link https://stackoverflow.com/questions/38560456/multi-level-pie-donut-chart-in-kendo The chart here https://demos.telerik.com/kendo-ui/donut-charts/index does shows multi-level of information but it is not the same as required to implement the one shown in Stackoverflow query. In case the series chart with multi-level of information is possible with HtmlChart, please share sample code with data binding to implement the same.
Currently it does not support group/ungroup excel feature using kendo.ooxml.Workbook. Please refer http://prntscr.com/iykrqy for more detail requirement.
I've noticed that the Kendo notification widget is not response and does not wrap content as the browser shrinks.
We'd like radial gauges to have pointers we may customize, and/or to have a variety of pointerType settings, e.g., a marker that follows the circumference next to the scale; a custom image or shape that may be imported in place of the standard needle, such as the outline of a boat for heading.
Currently a tornado chart is not available in the Kendo Charts library. Is there a way to create tornado charts with telerik html charts?
It would be very useful from a visual and functional perspective to be able to view scheduler items in a multi-year view, that seems to be currently unsupported.
TOOL BAR Button Positions should have 3 option: right and left, and one stretched or not in the middle. That would be nice!
It'll be good to have such event for adding custom behavior to some of the child components.
It would help the user experience of entering times if the time picker had a styling option that would display a clock style interface where users can select the hour and then minutes. This is similar to how time pickers work on mobile apps.
I'd like to have the ability for icons to be displayed in Internet Explorer even when web font downloads are disabled. It seems the best way to support this scenario is to use inline SVG in order to support changing the icon colors. See https://www.telerik.com/forums/is-there-a-fallback-from-webfont-icons Thank you.
Currently the Kendo AutoComplete only gives you the selected value, even though it received from the server a more detailed dataset. The autocomplete really should be expanded to exposing the selected text and value, as well as expose the original data item that was selected; that way, the developer can access a lot more data from the control within the context of the change event.
Currently Kendo only supports TrueType fonts for embedding in PDF files. OpenType support would be great since it's a more modern format overall, and there are many fonts that are only available as OpenType (for example Google's Noto fonts).
