Allow editing posts and deleting attachments in this bug tracker
I recently reported a bug and I attached the wrong file. Fortunately it wasn't a sensitive file but I realized there is no way to edit my posts or attachments in this tracker. Ideally users should have the right to modify their own posts and attachments.

Hello Ray,

I can understand your frustration. I just checked with the respective team, and it seems that such functionality is deliberately not implemented. You can find more details in the following forum thread: https://www.telerik.com/forums/edit-ability. 

I also went ahead and deleted the wrongly uploaded file.
