Chart: Allow legend labels formatting when grouping

For a Pie chart there should be a way to have things grouped into an other group.  For example anything that makes up less than 5% of the total is grouped in an other group.

Implement logarithmic X axis in RadChart.

Implement click events on the series items labels.

It is not possible to have striplines when the major Y axis is not used. Styling problems. ChartArea.AxisY.Visivility = Visibility.Collapsed - hides both primary and additional axes.

ScatterSeries PointMarks are not centered when they have different size set. You need to set negative margin to center them again.

Cannot hide Y axis while leaving striplines visible.

Allow toggling the visibility of a series by clicking an item in the legend.

Double clicking the slider should toggle between actual range and full range.

Add DateTimeToDoubleConverter so Axis.MinValue / Axis.MaxValue can be set conveniently in XAML as DateTime strings.

Provide the ability to align all labels to the left or right at a specified margin from the pie chart.
