Description: MVVM TreeList with column template, inside the template is a MVVM button.

Steps to reproduce:

- open the DoJo

- Button is rendered correctly

- expand a row

- Buttons are now messed up and don't work anymore

column.values like feature in kendoGrid would be ideal in kendoTreeList.
