Fiddler Classic - Product Defect

Fiddler would NOT allow me to save the file.  We tried this multiple times to various file locations. 

I do not have Visual Studio installed on my PC -- so I selected the latest verison in this form because it is a REQUIRED field. 

Fiddler provided the text below.

Hello Michael,

 

The inability to save a file might be caused by various reasons:

- Security group policies that restrict file saving on your machine/account.

- Lack of disk space.

- Lack of read/write privileges in the user's directory (C:\Users\629243897\Documents\).

- Third-party security tools or policies that strip the Fiddler app from administrative rights.

If Fiddler Classic is not installed with administrative rights, you can retry to reinstall it (with administrative read/write privileges).

As a side note, are you only experiencing the issue when saving a SAZ file? You could try to export a HAR (HTTPArchive) or other supported format through the application Export option.
