REPRO:

1. Connect to a network where there's no internet connection (e.g. unplug ethernet from the router)

2. Launch Fiddler.

OBSERVE:

Fiddler is not responsive to clicks for several seconds.

EXPECT:

Fiddler update check is fully asynchronous.
