Windows 10 stop sreen when opening WinConfig dialog

Steps:

* I start fiddler

* Klick on the WinConfig menu button

* Windows UAC dialog opens

* I klick on Yes

* After a second the Windows 10 stop screen appears ("a critical process died")

This would reflect a bug in Windows that should be reported to Microsoft. It indicates that a bug in Windows caused a process to exit (probably lsass.exe). You might check to see if there are any Windows Updates to be installed, and also scan your disk for errors. If you can reproduce this only intermittently, also run the Windows Memory Diagnostic tool.
